The VIP Diet
Eat like you are a very famous, rich and very happy slim lady/man… Thats means often, small portions, quality, a little of everything- also sweets and alcohol – If you like. Drink a lot of non calorie items, enjoy mindful eating, sit down and eat with small plate/fork+knife, avoid extreme hunger, plan your daily food intake, no fast food/fast snack, make a priority list -> +/- scale. -And workout, be active, go out, treat yourself with spa and massage.
